Here is a quick look at the many services NCAP provides.
There are 2 main types of charity auctions: live and silent. Below are some of the services we provide (at absolutely no cost) supplementing the live and silent auction portion of your evening. Remember, your organization does not have to do a thing! National Charity Auction Program is a FULL service auction company.
Live Auction
- Auctioneer - With over 20 years of experience, our auctioneer’s talent is unsurpassed! Your Live Auction will be entertaining, fast & effective!
- Spotting - Making sure every bid in the room is noticed utilizing our staff and volunteers
- Cashiering - Once your guest wins a Live Auction item, our staff heads to their table to collect name, phone number, and payment
- Displaying Items on Stage - Our professional staff makes sure that everyone gets a look at the wonderful Live Auction items.
Silent Auction
- Set-up & Display - NCAP works hard to ensure the Silent Auction area looks as good as it is effective
- Bid Sheets & Invoices - We provide 3-part bid sheets for every auction item including donated items
- Closing of the Auction - Our staff will close the auction in an orderly and professional manner
- Cashiering & Accounting - With our extensive experience, we are able to handle this task with the utmost efficiency. We provide you with a very clear, concise report usually within 5-7 business days of the event
- Follow-up & Delivery - Should we be unable to collect on any of the items that evening, we will follow-up for payment the next day. We also arrange delivery & shipping…we’ll make sure your guests get their items on time & in impeccable condition!
Please Note
PLEASE NOTE: All of the above services also apply to your organization’s donated auction items! We’ll gladly pick your items up, organize them, supply bid sheets, make sure everything arrives to the event safely, display and cashier your auction items. And remember, your organization retains 100% of the sales on items that were donated to your group.
